What is a shuttle service? It's a transportation service different than the public transportation in which you have many stops along the way. This service uses most of the time 15 seater vans. And you are picked up at the door of your hotel and are dropped off at the door of the estination hotel that you have previously chosen. Seats are guaranteed with 48 hours of anticipation. In order to book a space on a shuttle service please contact us. What is the difference between a shuttle service and a private transfer? Private transfers have the same line of service than the shuttle service with the only difference is that you have exclusivity to the van. You and/or your crew have the van to yourself and can do as many pitstops as you like during the trip. Naturalist guides are also available for this service. What are your pickup times? and locations? From Monteverde the pick up times are at 8.00 am with a minimum requirement of 2 people and 2.00 pm with a minimum of 3 people. All other destinations are available HERE. How will i be able to identify you when you pick me up? All our vans are properly identified with our logo (top left corner of this web site). Our drivers also have a list with all the names provide for that specific time and date. He will also identify himself and confirm the route that he will be taking that day. How much luggage can be taken on the vans? There are no extra fees for luggage. Just a notice is requiered the day the reservation is made in case you have a surf board or some kind of oversized luggage. Are there pit stops along the way? On all trips there is at least one pit stop, to go to the Bathroom or get something to eat etc. In case of an emergency the driver will stop for few minutes to get things done. Are there pets allowed? No pets allowed. How do I secure a seat with Quality Transfers?
